Built for how chimneys actually fail in Central Florida
Chimney problems here rarely look like the ones in guides written for cold climates. Burning is occasional, but rain, humidity and storms keep working on chimneys all year. Many homes have factory-built fireplaces in framed chases; others have brick chimneys that are close to a century old. The right repair for one is often wrong for the other.
That’s why every job starts with identifying the system and tracing the symptom to its source. A leak is not automatically a new chase cover. A smell is not automatically a sweep. When the honest answer is that the problem belongs to a roofer or a gas technician, we say so.

What we cover
Chimneys, fireplaces and dryer vents
Routine care, meaning chimney sweeping and inspections; chimney repairs to leaks, caps, chase covers, crowns and flashing; fireplace repair for wood-burning and factory-built units; gas fireplace servicing and repair; and dryer vent cleaning and duct repair. Gas-line work is a separate job from appliance service, and we carry that out too.
Where we work
Homes across Greater Orlando, in Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties. That region takes in century-old brick chimneys in the older lake neighborhoods, factory-built fireplaces from the 1980s onward, and newer subdivisions where the dryer vent runs up to the roof.
