A lakeside town between Tavares and US 27
Astatula sits in central Lake County on the east side of Little Lake Harris. County Road 561 runs through town, about eight miles south of Tavares, the county seat, and seven miles north of US 27 near Minneola (Wikipedia). Census estimates put the population at about 2,559, with homes built across every decade and a median year built of 1995 (Census Reporter).
Manufactured homes have their own dryer duct rules
